I was pleasantly surprised by this first impression. The author develops a strong narrative voice for the main character. The world is painted in a frenzied but informative way that is surreal and and immediately concerning. I’m curious about the characters and what will happen to them as the story sprawls out. The cover is a bit puzzling but intriguing enough. Elsewhere seems like an interesting book.
