This isn’t the type of book I’d usually gravitate towards but the concept seemed so intriguing. I’ve never read anything like this before. The way childhood is described in the first pages is so reminiscent. It’s just beautifully captured. I am craving to keep reading past this sneak peek/first look. I feel like this book is going to be pure magic and a little mysterious. One of those you’d recommend over and over.
