I wish there was a longer excerpt! I'm not sure how I feel about this one. It's kind of cringeworthy in some respects, especially when the author describes how the main character looks and what she's wearing. (I mean seriously, has she ever seen a teenage girl before? This is not how they dress.) But, I do want to see where the story goes.
