This excerpt of Echoes Between Us did a great job of introducing Veronica and the other main characters. Most of Veronica's friends have graduated from high school, leaving her alone for her senior year. Meanwhile, the charming golden boy Sawyer has moved into the apartment below hers, but it seems like he's hiding something. I'm so curious about how the two of them will meet! There's a somewhat ominous, haunting feeling to the writing that I really enjoyed and the cover matches that feeling really well.
