I’m a huge fan of Katie McGarry’s work so I had to check this one out. The first sentence immediately draws you in with its intrigue about the town and why you’d only ever reside there.
The intrigue slips as the characters speak about college and assignments, etc. Also, I fail to see the significance and beauty of Swayer.

All in all, I’m compelled to read further because of my faith in Ms McGarry. First impressions, I’ve learnt don’t last wrong. I’m sure I’ll love this novel once I get my hands of the full thing.

Also, the cover is stunning.
