Really Detailed Really Fast

The subjects are undoubtedly cute and fluffy and most likely appeal to a wide audience of beginner artists, but I have always found art books like this to be daunting, and this one is no exception. I think it was super helpful for the author to explain the different materials they utilize, but when I look at the step by step, it seems to get really detailed really fast. I don't think this anything special about this book; I have owned step by step art books before, and this is pretty common. So, for someone not very interested in drawing and who doesn't want to put in hours of time to improve, this book has little appeal.
