Good Tips for Artistically Challenged

This is not the kind of book I would normally ever pick up in the store, but it actually does a really good job breaking down the various components of drawing and literally illustrating how to use those components to make a full picture. For example, the book will start with a grouping of circles for you to mimic and then will slowly show how those circles and added lines eventually become animals. You will not become Van Gogh based on this book's basic techniques, but it's a start.
