I'm not sure if I got enough of an impression from this first look to really form an opinion as I'm an abysmal artist. I really cannot even draw a stick figure. The animals are for sure cute enough, but I didn't glean enough from the pages to be confident that the instruction provided could actually provide me with a good grasp of how to draw. It's cute, but I don't think it could actually teach me how to draw.
