Alexa is frustrated with her widowed father's helicopter parenting that results in her living a sheltered life. I was a bit disappointed when I finished reading. I felt like the writing was a bit juvenile and didn't go in-depth with characters. Also, the ending was cliche and has been done hundreds of times.
