Thank you for the opportunity to honestly review this book. I received this book from GreenLeaf Book Group from a BookishFirst giveaway. This is a debut novel for the author. As a fan of psychological thrillers, I would say this novel contained many positive qualities. I liked how the story was told from the different perspectives of the major characters throughout the book (Alexa, Beth, and Dr. Greer). The plot twist held me until the very end, however, there were definitely come clues hidden throughout the novel that made me suspicious of the plot line. For a debut novel, I think it possessed many strong qualities for a typical psychological thriller. However, as some others have mentioned, there could have been some stronger character development. I think this author has a promising future when it comes to thriller novels. Thank you again for the opportunity to review this book.
