I'm someone who judges a book by its cover, and based on this book's cover I wasn't excited to check out this thriller. I was pleasantly surprised to see engaging writing from the first teaser intro. The twin trope allows for good alternating viewpoints because both characters are coming from the same base, so the reader feels they are starting from a comfortable place and not confused at the switch each chapter. A different cover would really make this book pop on the shelves though.
