Although there are some very hooky elements to the opening of this book, it didn’t draw me in because there were too many cliches. Also I have a feeling I know how this will end after having read so little of the book. Even if I’m wrong about the ending. The fact that I feel like I know makes it hard for me to want to confuse reading.
