The cover of this book drew me in immediately. Despite it being colorful, there is a schizophrenic, frenetic quality to it that hints at something darker under the surface.
I love the dual timelines and the vivid descriptions in the first chapter, especially the reference to Law and Order. This first look just wasn't enough; I have to read this book!
