Intrigue with a Possible Unreliable Narrator...

Upon reading the synopsis and first look, I feel like this story is going to be full of mystery and intrigue. I also feel like one or both of the narrators could potentially be unreliable. Both obviously have a traumatizing past, that I am sure we will learn about as the story goes on, and both seem to have mental health issues, as well as trust issues. Could one, or both, of them be lying about the events that will unfold?
