Intriguing
This book's title and cover are amazing. The coloring and detail on the cover with the jellyfish is awesome, the way that it's not fully detailed but a little abstract is so cool and adds a great deal to the cover. The plot itself of this story is most definitely interesting, I think it's a topic that no one has covered before in a fictional book. There are so many traumas that come with this plot, and the author handled dealing with them beautifully.
Being a biracial man in this society, means you deal with the trauma on both ends of your family history, you are a united front of the two different families and different sides throughout the past, yet you share both the traumas that they endured and created.
I would without a doubt recommend this book to anyone who's interested in the topic or likes this author's writing. Plus, I judge a book by its cover and this one is gorgeous.
