Well, if this isn’t a great example of how we can’t judge a book by its cover. The cover didn’t jump out at me and neither did the title. But the book description sounded incredibly intriguing. I started the excerpt and was immediately pulled in. I felt the emotions of this main character who was trying to get to his son’s funeral and having a panic attack. Beautifully written! Emotional. It felt very real to me. I’m definitely interested in reading this book and hope to win a copy.
