I don't like titles with the word 'devil' or 'demon' or anything evil or disparaging, so I had in my head before I started reading that I wouldn't like this first impression. I was wrong. I was very wrong. As I began reading, I was completely enthralled. The first person narration was so stunning and the voice was felt in my head, chest, and stomach, feeling his pain, displacement, panic, and utter disbelief.
