I have already claimed a copy of this one, just based on the blurb and the author's reputation (haven't read Vercher before, but looking forward to it).
I figured I might as well check out the "first look" preview while I'm waiting... love the writing style, that first sentence! My eyes are currently too tired (the imperceptible flicker in lights and screens are exhausting and cause me migraines) but from the sentences I read, I think I'll like this book. The cover looks good too, though I can't tell what the book will be about based on the illustration.
