The Devil is Fine starts out strong, following a father after the death of his son. Touching on trauma responses of losing a loved one the feeling of grief as time moved on and the desire to be kept occupied starts to pop up. This book looks like it is going to be immersive exploration of grief, mental health, race, parenthood/family and how they can intertwine.
