Even as this is not my preferred genre, I can see it is a book needed by certain readers. I love this trope, mostly in video games, of the protagonist being left a plot of land by their passed grandparent. I was shocked, however, upon reading the plot of land is actually a plantation. I know the protagonist is going to do amazing things with it and give readers just what they need!
