Based on the cover alone, I fully expected this to be a dry, dense text. However, I was shocked to discover that “Devil is Fine” is actually an extremely emotional read! From the very first pages, this book tugged at my heart strings. The scene with the construction worker and the funeral procession hooked me - it was literal perfection! I can’t wait to keep reading to find out more about the narrator’s family. I’m sure I’ll shed a few tears before the end if the First Look is any indication of what’s to come!
