I found that the cover of the book was very engaging and made me want to learn more about the book. The different aspects on the cover make it very visually appealing and I am interested to know how the cover art connects to the overall story. From the first page of this book I could tell that this would be an emotional book. I feel like first person narratives can be hit or miss but from the first look, I felt like it really worked with the story and emotions that the author was trying to portray. I think stories that are based around grief allow for a lot of character growth and relatability and I will definitely be looking out for this book to see what happens next.
