I wish this book was longer! The characters were very interesting. You have a female crew of badass women with dark pasta, led by Nina. And then you have basically super soldiers with enchancements and plots up their sleeves, led by Knox. Their partnership starts out with lies and danger. The plot is full of twists and turns in this post apocalyptic kind of world. I'm very glad I used my points on this book!
I'll say it's raunchy because there is quite a bit of sex and steaminess in such a short book. I wouldn't go so far to say it's overly graphic. But as someone who loves well developed romance, it was a little quick from zero to one hundred for me. So I don't think it's the most believable, but that's my main criticism of the whole book!
