I absolutely loved this book. It’s a little more sci-if than I typically go for but it only took a few pages for me to realize that I wouldn’t be able to put it down. The characters are all unique and compelling. The two main characters each lead their own group just trying to survive in a post-apocalyptic world. Knox was a captain in a slightly evil army before he and his team ripped out their trackers and went rogue. Nina was a science project and after losing her sisters she’s found her own family. Their paths cross in a less than ideal way and chaos ensues. Glorious painful chaos of lack of communication and the reader wanting to shake the two until they kiss and make up. This world is fascinating and I sincerely hope there are more books to come.
