This reminds me a bit of the book Ready Player One. I don’t read a lot of sci fi but I felt this was quite appealing to me regardless of that. It starts off big. The book is set in the near future. There’s a lot of technological advances, some have been good and others negative. When the book starts, the character Nina is surrounded in an alley. And Nina kicks the butt of every man there. I think Nina is going to be a very strong character. Knox witnessed the scene and has to report back on Nina to his higher ups.
