Based on the first look, this story seems very intriguing! I was hooked immediately from the first page of the book after reading about what happened to the main character’s best friend. I love how descriptive the author’s writing is and that she chose a small town in Louisiana as the setting of the story. The setting is very unique and adds to the mystery and intrigue of the novel. I’m looking forward to reading the rest of the book and finding out exactly what happened to the character who went missing!
