Immediately this story reminds me of my favorite Southern heroine, Sookie Stackhouse! And much like Sookie, Grey contends with dangerous secrets and mysteries she must unravel to discover her best friend's fate--and the fate of the town itself. The cover is gorgeous and reminds me of Southern ponds containing flowers, lily pads, and frogs galore. This looks like a fun summer read!
