This story pulled me in from the first line. I like the storyline so far and Grey, our first-person narrator, definitely seems like an interesting character to follow. I love the world-building which is both atmospheric and relatable as we are introduced to this tiny Louisiana town that's both contemporary but with bits of magic flair. The story begins with a mystery that I'm really engaged to continue to reading and figure out what's going on. Can't wait to read the rest!
