First off, love the title and the cover, especially after reading the sneak peek! It fits the drama and the mystery of the story to a Tee.
I can't wait to read more about the Summer Children, especially Hart, Evie and the twins, Sera and Sander. Some had more page time than others but their characters really stood out for me and I can't help but want to know more about them.
Grey is a bit too melodramatic (understandably so) and I'm not a huge fan of the MCs' dragging out past transgressions like what's happening here but the magic and characters have completely captivated me so I know I'll have to come back to know what happened and to draw my own conclusions as the what really happened to Elora and if that has any connections to Dempsey Fontenot.
Bottom line, I'm hooked and beyond intrigued by this story.
