I am a huge fan of young adult books that deal with real teenage issues and are well-written and intelligent. I think this book fits the bill. Darius is a teen struggling to fit in with his family's culture and navigate his job at a tea store. The first few pages totally hooked me. The writing is great and I'm even more excited to see what will happen with Darius.
