This story is amazing, I love the fact that Darius is very relatable. He is half Persian and gets bullied because of traits such as his name and where his family (mother) comes from. I like the fact that he’s dealing with issues that most teenagers have such as waking up with a huge pimple on your forehead and trying to fit in. He also tries to make light of being called a terrorist. Then there’s also the more serious aspect with his grandfather and visiting Iran.
I definitely would love to read more because I want to see how his trip in Iran is and how he builds relationships with his family and other people there. I love the cover as well as it shows the two boys sitting on the roofs in Iran. I couldn’t stop reading and was disappointed when I reached the last page because I want more.
