This was a beautiful sneak peek into a book about feeling like you belong, but don’t belong all in then same might. Darius and his struggles resonated with me strongly. The awkwardness of Darius’ family dynamic is one that’s all too common among people with family in foreign places, and finding your place in the world is hard enough without having to find a place within your own family. I’m completely captivated by this book already and I can’t wait to see the journey Darius embarks on to find his place in the world.
