I think the cover is enticing, I like the idea of this book. I’m not sure if this is the intent of the author but it seems to veer away from traditional Greek mythology. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, if anything it gives a different take on ancient character potential. As for myself, I love Greek mythology and Cupid being Eros and Venus being Eros’s mother Aphrodite, makes for a conflicting thought with how this story will unfold. Eros does fall in love with a mortal woman according to traditional mythology. I would be interested in reading this book just out of curiosity of how the author creates their own story.
