This is a fun read right off the bat! It starts off fast-paced, wasting no time throwing the the protagonist,Lila, into the thick of the plot. It feels a bit trope-heavy, but I don’t think that’s necessarily a bad thing. If you pick up this book, you know what you’re getting yourself into!
