If no one's ever heard of the agency... why do they have a giant skyscraper, GILDED WITH CHERUBS, in the middle of downtown? A passerby literally remarks "that place never takes anyone new on," because she's heard of the place, the name of which is on the window of a giant skyscraper downtown. People would not be stopping in (to be turned away) if people have never heard of it. I'm not trying to be hypercritical, but it's difficult when that's the first page. I didn't care for the rest of the preview either, but to each their own.
