I really enjoyed reading this book. It follows the story of a group of pirates and a civilian as they fight to keep the good in the world I think it’s a great choice for anyone wanting an easy read about fantasy and pirates. It might have been long, but it was not difficult to understand and everything was explained. It featured multiple POVs with strong female protagonists and themes of friendship and found family. It features betrayal and love. My only complaint is that some of the characters seem underdeveloped. Flynn was a great character but so much more could have been done with him and his partner in the games. I hope that there is a sequel where we get to see more of these characters and learn more about them and their story. I do think that the story was great and that the premise was good. I will definitely would love to read any future books by this author.
