First off the cover is to die for. I immediately wanted to read it once I saw the cover. It is dark, thrilling and beautiful. I will say the story inside matches the outside.
The book centers around three characters: Kane, Lorelie, and Csilla. They all have their own past and backstory but the way the author intertwines them is spot on. I never once caught myself wanted to jump to another character or to a different spot in the story. I felt like I was predicting most of the story but when I thought things were not going the way I thought, there was a twist at the end. A beautiful one at that.
It is an easy read and the time passes by quickly while reading it. The book maintains a good pace throughout. I do not think you will be disappointed if you pick up this book so give it a go!
