I love any story where people have to fight to be the winner or leader. Add pirates, and I’m in. This sounds like a cross between Pirates of the Caribbean and Hunger Games. The characters sound interesting. I love the idea of a female captain, and enjoy strong female characters. I hope it’s a book I can recommend to my daughter.
