I mean this book starts off in a pretty exciting way. It's got a great hook. Escaping a hanging! But after the first chapter my excitement and interest started the peter off. Csilla is okay, but Kane is unbearable. I had high hopes for this book (such a great cover) but after reading this first look, I don't think it's for me.
