Pirate books walk a very thin line for me. I'm usually not a fan of ocean-themed settings or settings on ships, and I can count on one hand the number of pirate books I've loved. All that being said, this one has grabbed my attention. The writing was fluid and the voice was unique. I'd definitely read the entire book.
