So the cover alone drew my eye immediately, but really the sneak peek has gained my interest. It starts off with a bang and really keeps running. Hopefully the entire story will keep up with this fast pacing because it really makes me want to dive in and read in one sitting. Getting to the end of the excerpt was tough.
Right off the bat, I could feel myself in this gritty world where pirates rule and the one who rules them all has just died. I'm always game for a story that features some kind of tournament and I can't wait to see pirates fighting it out to be the King of all of them.
