I am intrigued by this story and I believe the premise has potential. After all, who doesn't love a swashbuckling pirate adventure? Unfortunately, the first two chapters left me feeling a little underwhelmed. The worldbuilding seemed unrealistic and the character development seemed a little cliched. That said, I still enjoyed the story for what it is and I believe I will enjoy reading the rest of the tale.
