I wish i could crochet. The patterns in this are so cute for all ages. My three year old would love the monkey patterns. The instructions do seem very easy to follow and with some practice could be a finished project. I think the crab would look adorable in a sea themed bathroom. The safari animals would be great for rugs on a hardwood floor of a playroom. I would think you would be able to increase the numbers to make the rugs bigger if needed. I wonder if the author has any beginner guides to crochet...because these are so adorable especially the fact that you can take any character and turn into an area rug or a pillow for behind their head. So wish i had the time to learn how to crochet.
