Oh my gosh, what a great idea for a book! I will tell you that I've been trying to learn to crochet for years on my own without success. It always seems like the first knitting pattern to learn on is a never-ending chain that doesn't go anywhere. If I could learn to knit and create these fun, amazing projects at the same time--I think I may have to switch over from knitting! How fun would it be to practice with these patterns and instructions and give great gifts to family and friends.
