When I first got this book I did not have a clue about crocheting. I wanted it because one of my friends is excellent at crocheting. We looked through the book together to find some projects for us to work on. The first step was I got some basic lessons for her on crocheting. After that I spent more time with the book to see what I really wanted to make. This book is not for a real beginner but the help of my dear friend I was able to pick a project and it may have taken a little while but I was actually able to finish a project. The book was pretty cool and my nieces are looking through it to try to get me to make them something. I will have more experience later and write a little more then.
