The start of this is really promising. It’s pretty easy to understand what’s happening with little explanation from the author, which is good and makes the rest of it easy to digest. The storyline sounds really interesting, too. Though moving that quickly is a *little* unbelievable, I’ve never moved personally so I don’t have background knowledge on it. I think I could probably get really invested in these characters and the plot, and I love that the queer aspect of the novel doesn’t seem to be the main focus. I like when it is the main focus, but we also need more books where the characters sexuality is just how it is, and the plot is separate from it. I can’t wait to read the rest of this!
