Beautiful Illustrations, But a lot of Teenage Angst

This young adult graphic novel features an lgbt teenage witch coming to grips with having to enter witch society. (Fans of either Sabrina series will certainly pick up on this trope.) While the first frames set out the mystery of some dangerous, unseen force, the rest of the excerpt focuses on introducing the main character and then ripping her away from her friends and girlfriend. As one can assume, much teenage angst ensues.

The illustration style is beautiful and feels more reminiscent of Marvel's Runaways series. I don't think I'll pick up a copy, but if you're a witchy fan of comic books, this might be right up your alley.
