I was unsure how I would feel about this novel going into it since I do not tend to read graphic novels very often, but I have to say that the graphics of the story were very well done and realistic looking. The story is intriguing and kept my interest the entire time. The main character, Emsy, is a young witch who captivated my attention from the start, and I am looking forward to reading more about her character and seeing how she masters her family’s craft in order to find a killer who targeted members of her coven. The cover of the graphic novel is also beautiful, just like the images in the rest of the book!
