After reading some of this novel, I came to appreciate the author's insight into religion and how God has changed her life and been a source of support and inspiration for her. I was interested in how exactly religion has seen her through dark times, and I liked how she was very open about her personal struggles. However, I am not really a fan of religious books like this so I did not enjoy the story as much as someone else would have, particularly those who are seeking religious inspiration. The author, Debbye Turner Bell, does a good job encouraging people to persevere through their struggles. The cover of the novel is nice!
