Sucked in from the very beginning, this book had me so invested. There was so much drama and I was here for every second of it. I was attached to the characters from just about the first sentence and that is something I have never experienced from a brand new story.
I felt like I was in the middle of a Chicago Fire episode. My heart was pounding from wondering if everything would work out. I was rooting for the characters like I had spent forever with them.
The emotions were written so well I almost felt them myself right along with the characters. My mind was completely blown with what happened in the initial fire of the book. I couldn’t even imagine that happening to me and to be so sure the way that the main character was. (To find out what I am referring to you will have to read the book. Enjoy!)
